LEADERS IN TRAINING (LIT) - Ages 14 +

Our LIT (Leaders-in-Training) Program, is focused on leadership development and growth of spirit, mind, and body. The workshops that you take part in and experiences that you have will change your perspective on who you are and what you are capable of.

Being in the LIT Program means that you are willing to commit yourself to learning and to working hard in order to give yourself the opportunity to grow and develop as an individual. You will learn to step outside of your comfort zone and to challenge yourself. You will gain confidence and learn to use and embrace your strengths.

COUNSELORS IN TRAINING (CIT) - Age 15

Campers are eligible to participate in our Counselor in Training Program after successful completion of our LIT Program. By participating in the CIT Program, participants will have a full 6 weeks of leadership workshops, team building, working together as a group, planning activities, participating in camp program areas and contributing to the camp community. You will leave with a better understanding of yourself and equipped to be a better leader. In addition, you will form friendships with your peers and counselors that last a lifetime.

Successful completion of the program empowers participants to apply to become a Counselor (must be 16 years old) the following summer.

This program is not limited to those who want to become camp counselors, but is open to anyone who is interested in nurturing their leadership potential.
