​Group Events & Facility Rentals
Here at Camp Ingersoll, we understand the value in providing quality experiences outside of the traditional facility. That is why we are here to provide custom programs for churches, and community and corporate organizations. We will work with you to design a program to meet your goals, time frame, and number of participants. Whether you're looking to send a small group of staff or your entire team, we will work with you to provide a fun, productive, and meaningful experience for groups big or small! YMCA High Hopes
The YMCA High Hopes program is designed to help a group focus on team building, improving communication, and developing trust. In addition, the High Hopes Program encourages goal setting, group decision-making, and building self-confidence. YMCA Camp Ingersoll provides certified staff to lead groups through a variety of challenges involving ground initiative, low and high ropes course elements. Each session includes warm-up, safety instruction, goal setting and a wrap-up. The closing involves debriefing and group discussion.

Group Picnics
Spend the day here at Camp Ingersoll and experience all that we have to offer! Available for a single class, a whole school, churches and corporations of any size! Use of any Pavilion and Basketball Courts available as well as Swimming, Archery, and High Ropes Course upon request. Birthday Parties at YMCA Camp Ingersoll
What types of birthday parties are held at Camp Ingersoll?

Any birthday party will have a reserved pavilion time of 2.5 hrs. Families can and take advantage of the recreation areas at camp after their reserved time but may have to leave the pavilion if other parties are booked.

$250 for Self Led Party ($200 for Outdoor Center Members)Groups may arrive any time after 8 am and must depart by 8 pm or sunset, whichever comes first. The fee includes use of the pavilion (reserved for 2.5 hrs), bathrooms, and garbage removal. ​

$350 for YMCA Camp Ingersoll Staff Led Party ($275 for Outdoor Center Members)Parties may be booked any time after 8 am and must depart by 8 pm or sunset, whichever comes first. The fee includes use of the pavilions for 2.5 hours, bathrooms, courts, the slide and amphitheater. If there is more than one party scheduled at the same time, the large pavilion may not be available. It also includes a YMCA Camp Ingersoll staff to lead the party group through any one of the following activities for up to 15 participants for one hour. (a fee of $5/child is applied to any groups larger than 15). Staff led activity options are:​

Watercraft: An hour period where groups will have use of YMCA Camp Ingersoll’s fleet of canoes and paddle boats.

Climbing Tower: An hour period a certified ropes course staff will set-up and belay the 30 foot climbing tower. No prior experience is needed to enjoy this popular activity!

​Archery: An hour period staff will teach basic skills and proper safety procedures.

​Arts & Crafts/Tie Die: We will open up our Art Lodge and have a staff member facilitate various arts & crafts projects or a tie die activity with your group for one hour (all supplies included).​

Sports: An hour of staff led sports and games such as T-ball, basketball, soccer, volleyball, flag football, Frisbee, and Gaga ball.

Ninja Warrior Course: An hour of staff led instruction and games for kids to try out their inner Ninja skills on our Ninja Warrior course!​

*If you would like to run more than one of the activities listed above, there is a $75/hour fee for each additional activity.​

Ropes Course – Additional Fees May ApplyLed by trained instructors, campers learn trust and relationship building through a progressive series of ground initiatives, low ropes activities and high ropes course. Course is inspected annually. Fees depend upon group size, age, goals, and program length.
